Future Greens Samsthe

Future Greens Samsthe, in Bagalkot, Karnataka, was established in March 2010, by a group of professionals and farmers primarily as a response to the needs of marginalized communities living in rural areas. Future Greens works towards a just, equitable society wherein all participants within an economy enjoy benefits of safe food, safe environment and a healthy living by engaging in economic activity, through promoting fair trade in business as a solution to poverty by working with local communities and their collectives, blend of sustainable technologies to develop natural resources, and the markets to foster entrepreneurship. Future Greens’ methodology is a participatory approach, building peoples’ institutions, market access and productivity enhancement services.
